New year thoughts

As we come to the end of the year and people's thoughts turn to resolutions, I decided to take a different approach to this and instead of giving up something I will be giving back.

With my client list expanding out again into South Asia, more consulting and plans to do an increased marketing shift in place.

I decided to offer placements on webtorial shoots throughout January.  For three weeks I will knuckle down and do some location work and push myself to be creative. My commercial images are stand alone that can sit for years and I want to create something new and different.

So with this in mind, I will give new artists a chance to get involved.  Focusing on print and web magazines, each shoot will be tailored to educate and foster a dialogue.

I'm also planning to work with lost project toward producing film and TV projects.  The entire year will be focused on developing a range of shows and films, creating marketing strategies and dispelling myths about what it means to be a makeup artist in 2018.

The last three years, 2017 in particular, have focused my drive to make changes and get to the place I want to be.

Remember that this is no longer just about makeup, it's about developing a brand side by side with my creatives across the globe.
